Welcome to Hoverbatics.com,
home of the
wildest R/C aircraft on the net. E-Plans for these
crazy looking flying machines range from only US$5-$8. They're cheap to build, fun to fly, and nearly
indestructible.

Above is the X-Ball. It is a VTOL 3D
aircraft. There's
nothing else like it available anywhere. Take off vertically, transition
to 3D maneuvers and "Fish Flight", and hover it
back down for a vertical landing. The appearance of
this machine is downright freaky.

The Tennis Ball is a 3D disc for a .15
engine which sips gas. I spend hours each weekend
flying this little comedian of an airplane. It's tough
as nails yet light as a feather at only 21oz. A Turbo
Disc with a Norvel .25 and carbon fiber spars is flying now.

The Lite E-Disc is an electric disc plane
that's great for flying hover maneuvers at home in a really
tight area. It uses all the running gear from a GWS
Pico Stick. When I can't
make it out to the flying field I still get some stick
time at home!
The 3D Disc is a 36" disc made of
1/2" foam is capable
of all the neat hovering and sub-stall 3D maneuvers that are
the rage now. Best of all, this aircraft does them
easily and is tough enough to get me through the learning
curve. There's no fragile balsa at all! With
about 1000 sq in of area, a giant rudder, and 4lbs weight,
you have the formula for fun.
The Videoplane is a 125mph Force One delta
wing mid-engine pusher with a video camera and
downlink. You need a strong stomach to watch
these videos... You've been warned!
My Raptor 50V2 recently received an on-board
video camera too, and some videos will be available
here. I'm working on a VCD with tons of inflight
videos from several planes on it.
